Do you need a Bond? They are required for commercial imports that are valued at $2,500 or more. Importers can file single entry bonds for one-time imports or continuous bonds for ongoing operations.

Between U.S. Customs & Border Protection and other Partner Government Agencies, there are over 200 chapters of laws and regulations that importers and exporters must comply with in order to successfully transport their shipments. As regulations change, it's important to remain compliant with them by filing proper paperwork, paying the correct fees, and ensuring all operations are on par with the new regulations.
HTS Clarification
HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) is a 10-digit classification code which was created by the World Customs Organization to classify goods that are shipped internationally. These codes determine the tariff or duty for the goods. Some information we may need are the product details, the products intended use, and what the product was made out of.

A Section 321 Type 86 customs entry allows you to import bulk shipments valued at $800 of less without paying taxes, duties, or fees. This is great for e-commerce retailers as it keeps the customs clearance process fast and smooth.
